Every property needs to be looked after. Our building maintenance package revolves around regular internal and external inspections. We include the general state of the roof, gutters, soffit boards, render, pointing general woodwork, possible damage caused by climbers, overhanging trees slipped tiles etc.

The right person

If we have any doubts about any area we will discuss the possible options with you and arrange for the right contractor to come and inspect the problem and submit a price for correction of this, we monitor the progress of the work, ensure you are happy with the work and arrange any on going work to be done, such as servicing of boilers, gas appliances.
