Routine maintenance of residential buildings of all sizes, ages and designs is essential if the buildings value is to be protected. It also reduces the likelihood of unexpected or large maintenance bills and damage from extremes of weather.

Service Packages

Hemsley Maintenance Management will take over the care of any residential property, either routine maintenance or when the building is being developed and improved. Our services are completely flexible, enabling us to offer any home owner the service package that best suits the needs of their property and their pocket.

Twenty Years

Drawing on more than twenty years experience we are able to take on the complete management of a building and its grounds. As a provider of gardening, painting and building services we will handle a large proportion of the routine work ourselves. However, when larger works or building development is required we will appoint and manage contractors, ensuring they perform to time and within budget.

Comprehensive Surveys

Our surveys include but are not limited to walls, pointing and condition, windows, roofs, plumbing and electrics, of all buildings including garages and annexes, paths, boundary fences and walls, driveways, trees, hedges and lawns. We will advise on all types of faults, those that can be rectified with regular maintenance and those that require specific repair.

Service Packages

Basic routine maintenance such as gutter clearing and leaf collection in the autumn and tree pruning in spring are included in most service packages. We also ensure the security of essential services; checking overhead cables are not being fouled by trees, drains are clear and functioning correctly, outside electrics are sound and safe, and property accesses are clear and secure.
